What Could Cause Sharp Pain And Crack In Shoulder After Broken Scapula Mean?

Hey, I broke my scapula a few years ago, since about 1 1/2 years ago when i do heavy excersize i get a really sharp pains all over my right shoulder (which is the shoulder i broke).. and now for about 2-3 months it just constantly has a discomforting pain, i crack my shoulders 1-2 times a day im thinking it could be that but can that cause any more damage then what my shoulder has already gone through
