What Could Cause Sharp Pains In Chest And Upper Back With Breathing Difficulty After Ingesting Molly And Crystal Meth?

I have sharp pains in the center of my chest and my upper back. It hurts to breathe deeply, swallow, or move my torso at all.
I parachuted a cut of Molly (majority), and Crystal meth.
One big parachute last night and another, small at about 3am.
Effects have gone already, comedown is only noticeable by irritability and general frustration.
What is causing this pain? Could the two be related?

hi
thanks for choosing healthcare magic

Molly and meth crystal both are stimulant. It happened due to synergistic effect of both. These both cause increase in heart rate which could cause chest pain. better to avoid them together. it could lead drastic consequences like heart rate, severe headache etc

Thanks
