Hello,

Breathlessness on exertion in your case suggests lung or heart origin.

You need to consult a chest or cardiac physician, get investigated and start with needful treatment earliest.

Till then, take rest, eat small servings every 3 hours and take tablet Deriphyllin over the counter till then for some relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
