Hi,

Presence of inflammatory tissue reaction in both adnexae as well as collection of fluid in the Pouch of Douglas, denotes that there is some sort of infection in the pelvic organs. Hence, you should be properly investigated for the cause of this infection by proper lab tests, particularly urine examination, urine culture & other tests for STI. The treatment will depend on the cause, under guidance of your doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
