What Could Cause Sleepy,restless & Nauseous After Menstrual Cycle?

For two months now, after I finish my menstruation, the next day I am severely sleepy, achy, and nauseous/upset stomach/diarrhea (even vomiting). Is there such a thing as post-menstrual syndrome, as apposed to pre-menstrual syndrome? I take a BC pill regularly and my cycles have been normal.

This is normally associated with the menstural cycle, if the symptoms are adverse i would suggest you to consult to your OBGYN and get the checkup done.
