What Could Cause Someone To Almost Blackout Early In The Morning Apart From Extreme Tiredness?

My friend just got married in June. She was very sick to her stomach yesterday and could not get out of bed this morning without almost blacking out. Otherwise, she’s fine except she’s a bit tired (though she’s a busy person) and scared because she’s never experienced this. What’s going on?
