What Could Cause Stiff Neck And Rumbling In The Ears And Is It Related To Diabetes/ Knee Operation?

My neck i stiff and I keep turning th head ton theleft or right to force the neck to release. I have rumbling in my ears all the time. Can it related to the fact that I am suffering from diabetes? Or to the fact that I was operated on the knee? Can you help me to understand?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. Seemingly this looks to be not related to the knee operation. To diabetes - yes, if it is not well controlled. The neck problem can be due to spondilitis or so causing a stiff neck, which in turn can cause a rumbling in the ears . We would like to know more about your symptoms and reports of blood sugar and investigations about neck. Feel free to consult if you have further queries.
