If you mean simply pain in your belly, then it could be a pre menstrual pain which is not uncommonly normal in many. However, if you mean passage of loose stool along with sickness and vomiting, then it could be due any intestinal infection specially if you had some food from outside. In that case, you might have to consult your family physician who might advise you for a routine stool test for ova and cyst, along with some appropriate antibiotics and anti emetics if need be, which would relieve you of your symptoms.
