What Could Cause Sudden Abdominal Pain With Lightheaded,sweaty And Nauseous With Relief After Defecation?

I woke up suddenly from abdominal pain, went to the bathroom to try and excrete,but suddenly felt lightheaded and sweaty and clammy. The next thing I knew I was waking up with a pain in the side of my head and I was leaning against the bathroom wall. I continued to be lightheaded sweating and feeling like id pass out again or vomit, however then I finally had enough energy to push out fecal matter and began feeling better

Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you might have suffered from vasovagal attack.

In this condition, sudden fall in blood pressure occurs leading to decrease in blood supply to brain resulting in the symptoms you have experienced.
It can be triggered due to severe pain.

I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
Following investigations can be helpful :-
1. Blood pressure and heart rate monitoring.
2. Hemoglobin levels.
3. Blood sugar levels.
4. Electrocardiograph(ECG).

Whenever you begin to feel the symptoms, you should lie down with head end lower than the foot level. This will increase the blood flow to the brain and result in faster recovery.
