What Could Cause Sudden Dizzy And Lightheaded With Signs Of Flu?

A couple of weeks ago while on a ski trip, I started being dizzy or lightheaded when getting out of bed or standing quickly from a squat. My BP is relativelly stable and I take no meds whatsoever exept the occational 1/2 tab of viagara. I am 68. Just getting over a 24 hr flu.

You must have gone to high altitude place. oxygen rarification may cause these problem.It will take some time for you to acclimatize. Take more fluid. and rest for few days. Stop Viagra tablet till you are in high altitude.
