What Could Cause Sudden Heart Racing, Sweating, And Collapsing, Especially Since I Ve Never Passed Out Before?

Today I was standing in line at the movies and all of a sudden I felt my heart racing and it got hot and I was drenched in sweat and then everything went black and I collapsed.. I’m 24 and not once in my life have passed out. What do you think is going on?
