Hello
It seems from the history that you had a sudden loss of vision in left eye. Since you have already been seen by a eye doctor and a retina specialist and since MRI has come normal, the most probable cause based on these finding I can suggest is retrobulbar neuritis.
The treatment of the condition in the acute phases of retrobulbar neuritis is by use of steroids. Hence I advice you to discuss with your doctor regarding this and treatment accordingly.

THANK YOU
