What Could Cause Sudden Neck Pain And The Inability To Turn My Head About From Tingling Sensation In The Foot?

Hi, I went to the emergency room after getting out of the bath and having neck pain and unable to turn my head, my foot was tingling and couldnt lift my arms, I was told I had torticollis, given antiinflammatories and valium. Later that night I got 2 red spots on my chest, they burned, the next morning I had severe pain in my head and severe vomiting. I returned to ER and was given dilaudid and benadryl and the pain subsided and I felt better. Now 2 days later I just dont feel right and have numerous unexplained dark purple bruises on my legs.
