What Could Cause Sudden Nighttime Breathing Difficulty After Intense Exercise Along With Chronic Lower Back Pain?

I have been training yesterday for 2 hours until 08. Pm and then I started having problem breathing since 12 midnight almost. And i ended up not sleeping the whole night with trying breathing and not being able to breath enough. Doctors saying that my lungs are fine. But i know somethings is wrong.
It happens between now and then.. and almost 6 months ago same thing happened to me.
Other things, my lower back is in pain for 2+ months.
