I am 60 years old, been dieting since January and have lost 42 pounds. I eat lots of fruits, veggies, fiber rich products and occasionally chicken and fish. I speed walk on a treadmill six days a week. I have had two nosebleeds recently, the first ones in my life. Could there be a connection
