What Could Cause Sudden Onset Of Flu?

I just started taking black strap molasses, vit. D and B, each on a separate day a week ago. Starting yesterday I became sick with the fly (headaches, muscle aches, sore throat, and feeling of throwing up). I have tried lots of sleep, fluids and Tylenol. Could this be due to the extra stuff I am putting in my body?

can take levocetrizine 5mg tabletdaily. get your throat examined by ent doctor. warm saline gurgling may be done threetimes daily. take ezythral 500mg for 3days. paracetamol tablet may be taken twice daily for 5days.mantain hydration.
