Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic .

I understand that it must be overwhelming to be diagnosed with multiple diseases all at a time .
The swelling of hands, feet and fatigue could be due to Hypertension (uncontrolled ),Hypothyroid also causes puffiness and swelling , Renal disease will also lead to fluid retention .

All the existing diseases eventually can lead to a low blood hemoglobin causing fatigue .
Other than being very particular with your medicines it will do you a lot of good to see a dietician who would chart out a diet plan high on fibre and taking care of your calorie requirement as per your thyroid and Diabetes .

Most of the endocrinal diseases have a hypothalamic stimulus which means higher centers in brain govern their levels , so activities like meditation and yoga
have been shown to have a positive effect on the total quality of life .

So in conclusion ,you just need to have a better control on your exercise ,and diet and that itself will help you greatly .
