What Could Cause Sudden Pain On Both Sides Of The Abdomen While Rolling Over To The Side And How Can I Find Relief?

I was laying on my stomach on a hard surface. Rolled to right side and immediately felt pain. Rolled the other side, felt a pinch or crunch sort of thing and left side was now painful. As the day went on, the pain got worse. This is now day three and I am having trouble sleeping and when I got up this morning the pain on the right side was intense. The left side seems to be improving but still tender to touch.
