What Could Cause Sudden Squeezing Feeling In Heart?
Once in awhile when im laying down, sit up or change postions, i get a weird feeling in my heart-feels kind of like a squeeze, it doesnt hurt just takes my breath away for a second or 2. Im wondering what causes this. Im 34, dont smoke, rarely drink alcohol..

hello ... I understand ur problem... since u have not specified ur work type ... if u lead a sedentary life style n are overweight... I suggest u to consult a cardiologist who might ask u to take few cardiac tests n lipid profile based on ur symptoms... however we should remember most symptoms are not caused due to heart problems... sometimes other gastric ailments mimic cardiac symptoms ... so don't worry. firstly consult a physician or a cardiologist. he/she shall do the needful.
