What Could Cause Swollen Cheek?

hello,

i just woke un with my lower left cheek swollen,no pain,gum not swollen,no numbness,just swollen like my cheek was packed with some gauze,i dont see any bite marks or anything to indicate that,is it possibly and allergic reaction to something i ate ?

Thanks for posting the query,

Yes this could be an allergic reaction, could be due to insect bite or reaction to some medication, food products, dust.
I would suggest you to take tab cetrizine BD for 3 days and look for the changes.
Take tab vitcofol OD for 30 days.
