What Could Cause Symptoms Like: Shaking, Back Pain, Tummy Pain, Pain In Vagina, Bumps And Nipples?

Hello I started taking 25mg of sertraline over three weeks ago. Had unprotected sex just over two and noticed at the same time that I started getting a bloated stomach, twinges in ovaries, felt like I had a uti for about a week and thrush but it went, sickness, shaking, back pain, tummy pain, pain in legs and inside my vagina, bumps on my nipples and darkening of. Am extremely tired also. Three days late on my period but negative hpt. What is wrong with me? Can sertraline cause this amount of sude affects???

Hello,

The symptoms you are experiencing is not typical for sertraline. Please be advised to wait for 6 days after missing period to take a home pregnancy test to avoid false negatives.
Also, follow up with urgent care to get urine analysis and culture done to rule out urinary tract infection.
