Help me find diagnosis of 43 year old male chief complaint - tarry stool, body weakness Pertinent findings - 50% wt loss,early satiety,abdominal pain,gi bleeding, he was previously alcohol drinker, had to infection, no jaundice, has liver parenchyma disease and he died in 24 days
