What Could Cause The Mons Pubis Area To Still Appear Big Despite Removing A Part Of It Through Surgery?

So I have a big mons pubis. I had surgery to cut off the front part. But im losing weight and it looks bigger? I m 205 pounds and 5 5... I wonder if its just because I m losing weight quickly.. but im also in dance. Can it be getting bigger from stretching the skin back out?
