What Could Cause Thick Pale Discharge And Mild Itching In Vagina?

I have had chunky yellow-white discharge and some itching though not as much as previously when I have had a yeast infection (and the discharge aso looks different). I did not get it checked out because I am 4 mths pregnant and thought it was a hormonal thing that woud pass but it hasn't. It is really bothering me now and has completely halted sex. I have a drs appt next week but would like some advice in the meantime. Thank you!
