What Could Cause Three Days Of Constant Nausea, Mild Dizziness When Lying Down, And Inability To Keep Food Down?

For the last three days I have been suffering from almost constant nausea,mild dizziness when laying down and unable to keep any food down. I ruled out pregnancy and I also suffer from GERD. But this isn t the normal symptoms so what do you think it could be?
