What Could Cause Tightness Under My Ribcage Below The Breasts Without Pain?

I feel a tightness under my ribcage, right below my breasts. It doesn t hurt its just very uncomfortable.At first I thought it was a pocket of air but now I dont think so. I left a message for a doctor and used my credit card and I didnt get anything.
