What Could Cause Tingly Feeling On The Edge Of The Tongue?

I developed a weird tingy feeling on the left edge of my tongue that tastes almost like you are biting on aluminum foil. I have also had some sinus problems the last few months and frequent severe headaches for over four years now. What can all this be?

Hi! gone through your query.

You must have hurt your tongue with a sharp tooth or a heat burn.Gargle with a mild mouthwash. Use a soothing gel .It wil help u heal it faster.
If it persists for long or recurs, u must get the sharp tooth roundened.
regards.
