What Could Cause Tiny Black Dots On Inner Thigh And Breasts ?

Hi, I have a few tiny black dots on my inner thighs, almost like a birthmark, just like a small pencil dot. They don t itch or pain and have been of the same size since more than a year but they just don t go away. I also have 2 such marks on my breasts. Should I be concerned?

these may be cafe u lait macules..usually only nd yag laser and erbiyum yag laser works on them..its commonly present in even upto 30 percent population..but other rare diseases association is also there specially like neurofibromatosis and tuberous sclerosis
