What Could Cause Tip Of Penis Burn After Urination?

Why does the tip of my penis burn after urination? Just sometimes, not all the time. It doesn t burn while I m peeing, just after. And sometimes when I stand or about to sit, I feel a sharp pain in my penis. What is happening? Please help. I have no other symptoms.

it is simply urethritis. microscopic urinetestcan bedone. if there is evidence then culture and sensitivity test may be done. if it is positive then the most recommended anti biotic can be taken.
