What Could Cause Unsteadiness While Walking?

I am 59 and diabetic since last 8 years on medication. Blood sugar fasting is around 127 and P.P remains around 160. I am regular in in exercise. Since last one month I feel unsteady while walking and specially in the evening while having stroll I am unstable sometimes for few seconds while walking but than again can walk properly. For nerves I am taking Nuromark and Evion LC regularly. I have not changed any medicine recently except that of B.P . Earlier I was taking Amdepin 5 and now my Doctor has prescribed me Telmestar 40 which I have started around two months back.. Could you please advise me the cause.

Dear sir I understand your concern.i am very happy to know that you are having good control of diabetes which helps to prevent complications in future.
your medicines are fine.There is only one thing i want to know from you.
Do you have any kind of weird sound in your ears like vibrating tuning fork.
in my opinion i am suspecting Vertigo
this is treatable condition and i suggest you to meet ENT specialist for further evaluation of condition.
