What Could Cause Vaginal Creamy Discharge?

Hi doctor I had my last period June 7, 2012. I've been nauseous, very tired, fatigued, gaining alot weight,my stomach is growing ,I look pregnant but pregnancy test negative. I also only have one ovary and fallopian tube, due to caesarian with my 12 year old. I feel alot of fluttering movement in stomach and I bled one blood clot July 17. After this I feel my panities very wet. Some white creamy discharge only when I poop. i also feel my ribs hurt like if there sore.

Hello,

Vaginal creamy discharge can be related to a yeast infection. I suggest to use Fluconazole 150 mg which is an antifungal oral medication. I also suggest using anti fungal vaginal cream.
I recommend to maintain a good hygiene and use cotton breathable underwear.
