What Could Cause Widespread Pain With Dermatitis Flare-ups In Someone Who Recently Stopped Zoloft And Has Spondylitis?

I have severe pain in my fright elbow for couple months i have spongiotic dermatitis on my foot now my left elbow hurts also alot but it in the outside more on the bone joint the right elbow hurts more on the inside muscle joint the dermatitis is coming back on my foot I was on dox for 3 months I quit zoloft cold turkey 1 week ago and I ve had localized head pain on top right side of head and right side neck tenderness that started with zoloft and has persisted I m 40 yers old I dont have a physical job 6 feet tall 270 I have spondylitis extreme backnpain only in small area back low right side radiating from spine to right side size of soft ball pain area radiating through hip right side and into pelvis ocd So i wash my hands alot dr told me stop and gave me try something cream hands hurt from dry spots and what and feel like cuts laterally streaked across multiple fingers what hell is wrong with me why am I always in pain
