What Could Cause Worsening Déjà Vu Episodes With Dizziness And Nausea?

I recently moved back to my home state, and a few weeks in I started noticing that I was getting almost like severe daja vu, I couldnt tell if it was reality or if I was dreaming, as it s gone on it s gotten worse and is bothering me more. It has very quickly gotten to the point where when it happens I get physically ill, I m dizzy and my stomach is turning. So I m looking into what it might be
