What Could Chest Pain In Female Smokers Suggest?

I am a 36 year old female smoker. I have been have chest pains on and off for months but lately every day and some so severe it buckles me over. I have very limited insurance and don't want to go to the doctor if this is just anxiety. Any ideas??? And I know I shouldn't smoke
