Hi my sister had the following symptoms and I sent her to the ER sob 3nights ago mild dull chest pain 3nights ago the it went away then the next day dull left arm pain then it went away then today left leg pain behind the knee with bruising in the front of the knee she is 43 fair shape family history of CAD maternal grandfather is that a sign of a blockage

Ideally ecg and 2d echo should be done first in her case. If both are normal than no need to worry for heart diseases.The leg pain can be different entity. She will a detailed examination by doctor for the saem.
