What Could Chronic Dizziness, Breathing Difficulty And Chest Pain Indicate?

Hello, I am a 26 year old male. I have been experience these symptoms for more than a month now:
Dizzy and fatigue spells.
Shortness of Breath (sometimes I also have a gag-like feeling) sometimes accompanied by vertigo
Eye muscles sometimes feel too strained and can't focus
Feel full after eating few bite and more gas (sometimes feel like I need but unable to either burp or release wind)
Shifting pain in chest (mainly under my right breast but sometimes moves to the centre or slightly to the left)
Ears feel closed and sometimes this causes shortness of breath too
and I also experience something like heart palpitations except that this is only one single very strong heartbeat and if feels like my heart contracted too much (I have checked my heart before and was told it is 100 percent but this continues to happen)
Can you please advise me of what might be wrong with me, is it one thing or many things? Thank you

Hi thanks for asking question.
Your main complaint is dyspnea.
Here are few possibilities.
1.you might have generalised viral infection.that can involve bronchi or lung and cause common cold also leading to blockage of nose.It can also lead to muscular pain.
Treatment is symptomatic.
2.Second possibility of bacterial pneumonia if associated fever and cough with chest pain.
Chest x ray done for it.
3.your gas problem might be because of sedentary life style, drinking less water, no exercise etc.
4.If palpitation more with progressive chest pain electrocardiography or echo may needed to rule out cardiac cause.
Wish you good health
