What Could Cold Legs And Feet In Woman Suggest?

ok Im pretty healthy , I'm 43 year old women. I don't drink or smoke and I do a little excersise here and there. I could loose about 10 pounds. My question is that I've notice for a few years that my lower legs and feet get cold often and stay cold for long periods of times; such as while I'm at my work desk or at home under my covers with pj's getting ready for bed. Why could that be?
