What Could Congested Chest, Fever With Pain And White Patches On Throat Mean?

I have mild fever from last 15 days.also for few days I had throat pain and white patches in throat. I have been doing gargle with betadine and my throat is fine.but from last night im getting a sense of breathlessness and congestion in my chest.what could be the reason?

You may be suffering from lower respiratory tract infection. a physical examination from a registered practitioners and a simple course of antibiotics under medical supervision is required.
