What Could Constant Beating, Gurgling And Aching In Stomach Indicate?
My stomach is constantly beating (feels like a heartbeat)/aching and occassionally it gurgles. This pain is consistent and I feel it all around my abdomen. I have the urge to poop but I ve already tried and nothing happens. Also I m all of a sudden tired.
