What Could Constant Body Pain Suggest?

Hi, I ve been having body aches and a fever like feeling at night but I don't have one, I have been feeling like this since Sunday morning, I also got a really bad back pain and my neck also hurts. I am not coughing or sneezing, so I'm really getting worried, because the body aches has been increasing, please let me know what it might be.
