What Could Constant Burning Vagina Suggest?

hi, my mother has been facing very severe burning in her vagina for the past several months- she is in her early 60's. she has had a uterous removed three yrs ago..she had tongue burning for several months a year ago.. she is super paronoid as a person in general and gets nervous easily
