What Could Constant Dizzy Spells During Night Suggest?

The last two nights I am experiencing dizziness while sleeping and changing sides. With my eyes closed I feel my head spinning. When I awake and sit up if I tilt my head sideways, I will again experience dizziness again. As the day goes on the dizziness goes away until I fall asleep again.
