What Could Constant Involuntary Movements In Body Indicate?

I have a weird vibration in my left torso, near my kidney, unless it is my kidney. Then my kidney is shaking. I get it on random occasions and it goes away after some time. No pain. But I do sometimes get involuntary movements with other parts of my body. I also had this shaking on my right shoulder last year but it went away.
