What Could Constant Numbness From Head To Toe Suggest?

the right side of my body fr. head to toe has ben numb for about two mo. none stop.however when i get angry or am laying down it gets really numb what could it be? ive had a catscan done and it was normal as well aS heart testing. any thoughts?...
