What Could Constant Swollen Lymph Node Suggest?

So I had strep throat in September and my doctor gave me amoxicillin to make it go away and one of my tonsils were swollen I'm guessing due to the infection so a week later I still have that one swollen tonsil and slightly swollen lymph nodes under my chin should I be worried and do you think it might be hiv because I seem to be getting sick very often
