Hi there, welcome to HCM,
It seems like you are having an prolonged incomplete abortion. You need to see a doctor and get examined and get an ultrasound done, if a part is still in the womb, dilatation and curettage in an operation theater may be needed, as prolonged bleeding can lead to infection and anemia , which can affect you in the long run. Please visit a gynecologist for examination immediately.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
