What Could Cramping With Brown Discharge During Menstrual Cycle Without Bleeding Indicate?

Hi for the past 2 months I feel kinda weird ! Im having a lot of cramps but i still have my period ! usually i have them for 6-7 days and right now im on day 4 and no more period, except when i pee and i wipe myself there's like brownish blood ! ? what does that mean im all confused ! And yesterday i had major cramps i could feel them moving in deferent places in my belly..
