What Could Cramps In Lower Abdomen, Bloating, Diarrhea And Spotting Indicate?

I woke up the other morning early about 5 am with a sharp lower stomach cramp and it lasted for a couple of hours until I took pain medicine. I have been getting really bad headaches. I have been feeling bloated. I have had diarrhea. I have been spotting blood. and it is light pink when I wipe after using the restroom. I took two 99 cent pregnacy tests and they are negative. can I still be pregnant or what do you think is wrong with me. I know this is a free question so please be very descripted in your answer. thank you. I am a female.

Hi,

In case you have dealt in period with unprotected sex in last month, there can be possibility of pregnancy with pain and spotting around expected menses date. Pregnancy would be confirmed only after positive pregnancy test after 8 days delay in periods. Alternatively, such bloating with loose motion and bleeding can be due to more concerning causes.

In this scenario, you can wait for your normal period / no normal bleeding for 8 days past expected date for period go for pregnancy test. In case pregnancy test is negative but no normal periods and spotting, bloating, pain in abdomen continues / increases. I would suggest for ultrasonography scan of pelvis for finding basic cause and advise with cause specific treatment. You should consult your gynecologist in such a case.
