What Could Cramps With Headache & Nausea Post Menses Suggest?

Hello, I just got over my period three days ago, two days ago I ve been having really bad cramps and just got over my period. What could this mean? Also today when I was at a local grocery store, I felt nausea, light headedheaded, & dizzy with the cramps what could that all me?Thank you for your time

Hello,
I have gone through the query and would like to offer some suggestions. Even if you are sexually active, the occurrence of a natural period excludes pregnancy. Cramping can occur when there is an infection either of the urinary tract or the genital region. Severe pain is seen with a twisted or ruptured ovarian cyst, a ruptured ectopic pregnancy which is unlikely here and a renal colic. Please see a specialist for further management. Antispasmodic medication can be of some help in relieving the pain. Hope this helps.
