What Could Crossed Blurry Vision With Nausea Suggest?

I just experienced crossed vision blurryness and followed by nausea....I was very scared as I was driving...I almost felt out of body...it lasted only a couple of minutes my eyes were not dialated no headache was just driving home from work....feel okay now just worried?
